In the first round of the ATP World Tour 500 tournament in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Grigor Dimitrov lost to ATP rank No 18 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France 4-6 4-6. For passing the qualifications Dimitrov earned 20 ATP ranking points.
