The first round opponent of Grigor Dimitrov at the second Grand Slam tournament of the year will be Viktor Troicki of Serbia. Troicki is No 24 in the ATP World Tour ranking and is seed 22 of the main draw.
Dimitrov and Troicki played twice this year as the Bulgarian won in Brisbane but the Serbian prevailed in the final in Sydney after a week. Dimitrov leads with 2-1 wins overall as he won the in Basel in 2012 too.
