Dimitrov/Petzschner Advanced to the Quarterfinals

Grigor Dimitrov with his partner Philipp Petzschner of Germany defeated Robin Haase of the Netherlands and Lukasz Kubot of Poland in the first round of the doubles tournament of BMW Open in Munich, Germany. The Bulgarian-German duo easily won the match with a score of 6-4 6-1. The 45 ranking points won from this win will help Dimitrov to move to around 460th place in the doubles ranking.

On Friday Dimitrov/Petzschner will play the double specialists James Cerretani of the USA and Adil Shamasdin of Canada.
