In the second round of the ATPChallengerin Geneva,Switzerland, Grigor Dimitrov defeated Pavol Cervenak of Slovakia 6-3 7-5 and advanced to the quarterfinals. This was second win of Grigor over the 270-ranked Slovak within 2 months, Dimitrov won the quarterfinal at Marburg Challenger. Grigor gained 15 ATP ranking points for today's win which would place him around 232nd position of the ranking.
The opponent of Dimitrov in the quarterfinal will be decided later today between the Frenchmen Augustin Gensse, ATP Rank 278, and Laurent Rochette, ATP Rank 284.
